ODL is a Strategic Partner for the Aoraki Foundation

The Aoraki Foundation is a local organisation using donations from the local community to build long-term, reliable funding streams for their local communities.  They do this by investing and growing the donations they receive and then each year making donations to the local community from the revenue from these invested donations.  So, you’re not really giving to a Community Foundation, but through it. And it means your generosity will have benefits forever.

Richard and Kirsty from the Foundation visited to share their 2022-23 annual report. In 2022-23 they distributed $444,075.00 in grants, distributions and scholarships. Their aim is to be distributing $1 million per year by 2030.

You can see the Aoraki Foundation logos being held by Nera and Shane. The others reflect the primary areas of focus for the Foundation – Mia is holding the masks of Arts and Crafts, Mr Guo the heart for Philanthropy, and Alex has the blue cross for Health.

ODL  loved that by supporting the Aoraki Foundation it will help a multitude of charities now and forever.
