Core responsibilities of every Oceania Dairy role

We produce high quality dairy products for export by doing the right things with a focus on success. Therefore, all positions must contribute to the achievement of Oceania’s annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), as reflected in performance appraisals and development plans, in team objectives, and in our values. The core responsibilities of every role at Oceania Dairy are:
  • Function as a team member – participate as an effective member of your team, contributing fully in the team’s activities, projects and day to day responsibilities.
  • Innovate – coming up with better and easier ways and turning good ideas into action.
  • Develop career – constantly looking to improve capability and deliver value.
  • Stay healthy and safe – looking out for each other and being proactive by thinking ahead about safer ways of doing things.
  • Maintain quality and food safety controls – caring about our processes, work performance and reputation in the market. As an Oceania employee you will be required to actively contribute to the continued implementation of FSSC22000, and any other food safety standards required.
  • Manage relationships – recognising we are here for the long term and considering the impact of our actions on others.
