Super Star Award

In 2021 Oceania Dairy in conjunction with parent company Yili, held their Star Awards for employees.  This is a reward and recognition program to promote, validate and recognize superior on-the-job performance and discretionary behaviours (as defined by our values), and are voted for by their peers and the ODL senior leadership team.
