Oceania Celebrates After Successful Start to 2020

Nearly 300 Oceania staff and contractors enjoyed a celebratory barbecue style lunch provided by Catering South Canterbury.

On Friday 17 July we had one of our regular site BBQ’s for all staff on site to recognize Oceania Dairy’s outstanding performance in the first half of 2020.

General Manager Richard Hickson explained that Yili Group HQ had made two awards to the Oceania team; firstly, in recognition of achieving our Grass-fed registration for Oceania farms and products; and secondly for improved cost control and quality across the site.  He noted that “all of this was achieved during the Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions which made these achievements even more impressive”.
