Oceania Celebrates Hard work with Nexie Awards

Oceania recently announced the winners of the 2019 KaiNexus “Nexie” awards. KaiNexus is a dedicated continuous improvement application that aims to spread and sustain an improvement culture across the business.

General Manager Richard Hickson said that “it was a great day out for our whole team. We are developing something special down here and our improvement culture is second to none. As a leadership group, we really wanted to recognise these particular individuals for their contribution to what was a stellar 2019 year.”
