Oceania Dairy cultural integration event – Tianjin factory China – October 2019

The Milk Powder Business Unit of Yili Group held a staff story-sharing session hosted by the Tianjin factory in October this year, to celebrate the cultural integration that is central to international success.  Activities during the week supported cross cultural communication to further enhance each other’s understanding and business operation.

Oceania Dairy Operations Manager Logan Hanifin presented his story to our Chinese colleagues and  took the opportunity to see first hand the Oceania products amongst other Yili family products in the China market.  He noted that this helped to provide a better understanding of the size of our parent company and the significant impact Yili has on Chinese consumers of dairy product.  Logan said, “it’s a great experience to be able to follow our products to the end of the supply chain and see the finished product being distributed and purchased.  It’s been a fantastic opportunity to connect with our consumers”.
