Great people, in a great place, making great products

The best people, working hard and getting on with it

Join Oceania Dairy and enjoy a range of career choices in a rapidly developing industry, where international markets and innovation are part of everyday work.

On any given day, Oceania has far less staff working on site than our bigger competitors have away on leave, yet we still manage to outrank them for quality, efficiency and price to milk suppliers.

But then we're not your average dairy company. For us, everything we do has to be perfect because that's what leads to us making quality product the world can rely on.

So how do we make sure we continue to punch above our weight and support the Yili Group as it outpaces the world’s biggest dairy producers?

We aim to employ the best people and we work harder than the others.  We get on with it.  Quality, innovation, planning and teamwork – that’s what we do.  At Oceania, we don't just talk about excellence, we demonstrate it in our actions and the examples we set for others.

Oceania Dairy staff celebrate the KaiNexus International Customer of the Year Award at the 5th Annual KaiNexus User Conference (KaiNexicon 2019) in the US.  This software supports the company's continuous improvement programs, and the award is an example of the great relationships Oceania has with  its suppliers. The two-day conference was attended by Technical Assistant Dion Batchelor and proved to be a great way to share ideas with other like-minded companies heavily involved with kaizen.
