Recruitment Process

If you haven’t already done so, click here to register on our careers site and create a profile detailing your expertise and areas of interest. Once you are registered, you can opt to choose to receive job alerts for upcoming positions which fit your profile. You will need to complete an on-line application form that provides us with relevant information about you such as your eligibility to work in New Zealand, your education and employment history.
Once you have registered, it is easy to apply for upcoming roles and most of the information required for your application will be carried through from your profile. In order to apply for any roles with Oceania Dairy you must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
Once applications have closed, all applications will be reviewed by the hiring manager and the recruitment advisor. From here they will agree on a shortlist of applicants to be interviewed. If you are not shortlisted you will be notified by email as soon as practically possible. If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an interview.
As part of our decision making process, we will contact two work related referees. We will always ask for your permission before contacting your referees.

If you are the preferred candidate for the role, you will receive an offer of employment to review. This includes an offer letter, your employment agreement and position description.
Part of our recruitment process involves a pre-employment medical. This also involves a drug component. This must be completed before your start date.
